"Getting Support Took Way Too Much Effort"
The ring itself wasn’t really the problem, but trying to get help after I ordered was a hassle. I had to email support multiple times, wait days for a reply, and then the responses were so short they barely answered my questions. It felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic help. Once they had my money, it didn’t seem like anyone was too concerned anymore.

"Looked WAY different in person"
I was a little disappointed when the ring showed up. The photos made it look much nicer, but in person the color felt off and the stone looked smaller than I expected. It just didn’t have the same look as the pictures AT ALL.

"The “We’re Working On It” Circus"
Still not resolved. I’ve been waiting around while the so-called “support heroes” keep giving me the same vague updates with no actual fix. At this point, it feels like my issue got tossed into the black hole department and everyone’s just pretending it’s being handled.

It looks okay at first glance, but it feels a lot cheaper than I expected for the price. I was hoping the quality would feel a bit more solid, especially after spending this much. Maybe it’ll hold up fine over time, but right now I’m not feeling very reassured about the purchase

"Wish there were more flexible payment options"
I was ready to buy, but I wanted to split the payment and the options at checkout were limited. Other sites I’ve used make this a lot easier with more payment choices, so it was frustrating to get stuck here. After messing around with it for a bit, I just gave up and left

"Clunky on mobile and way too many reminders"
I tried browsing on my phone and it was frustrating. The site felt clunky, the filters were confusing, and pages took forever to load. I had to tap around way too much just to find basic info, and then the aggressive reminders kept popping up like I hadn’t already noticed. I gave up quickly.

"Packaging felt a bit disappointing"
Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting the ring to arrive in nicer packaging for the price. It came in a plain little box with flimsy padding, and one corner was kind of crushed. The ring itself was okay, but the presentation made the gift feel a little rushed and not as special as I hoped.

"Resizing Took Longer Than I Expected"
I sent my ring back to get resized, i was expecting a much faster response and turnaround. It ended up taking way longer than I thought it would, and the communication wasn’t very clear along the way. After all that, the ring still doesn’t fit quite right, which is frustrating.

"Looked better online than in person"
I really wanted to like this ring, but it just didn’t meet my standards. It looked in the photos, but once I got it, it felt really lightweight and kind of cheap. After only wearing it a few times, the color started looking dull, and the stone didn’t even sit straight. I don’t expect perfection, but for the price, I definitely expected better quality. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

I went into the showroom expecting the rings to look just as nice as they did online, but the experience fell a bit flat. The staff seemed rushed, so I didn’t feel like I got much help, and the rings themselves didn’t really match what I had pictured from the photos. Overall, it was a little disappointing.

"Customization was way too limited"
I expected way more options, and it was really frustrating how limited the customization felt. It’s like they barely gave you any control and then expected you to just be fine with it. Super annoying experience.

I liked the look of the stones and they seemed good, but I was also a little uneasy because I couldn’t find clear info showing exactly where they came from.
